obsessed with ombré

Our French word of the day is ombré (adj), which means having colors or tones that shade into each other. This is not to be confused with the American male slang term ‘ombre’ which you’ve likely heard your fiancé call his guy friends.

  1. Bridesmaids in beautiful floaty ruffly ombre dresses… the centerpieces are simply lovely…I’m thinking that to recreate the tablescape on a budget, you could probably dye inexpensive white silk flowers with food or fabric dyes…
