The veil… oh that veil! Seriously, this is an excellent reason to purchase a cathedral length veil – just so you can get some stunning shots like these!

Katie of Two Blue Shoes Photography told us a little about the shoot: “Since Cara lives in Fort Worth, Texas, we decided to stick to what she was comfortable with and photograph her bridal portraits all over Fort Worth. What I love about Cara’s bridals the most is how we did a large portion of them in The Stockyards but without the typical boots and spurs. We used a peach vintage chair that belonged to my grandmother to add some softness to the urban vibe of her shoot. Cara’s favorite color is yellow so we were sure to work in a bright yellow wall! We also got some gorgeous shots of Cara against the Fort Worth skyline with some of her and Geoff’s favorite places to hang out in the background like Montgomery Street Plaza!”

  1. Stunning! I love the colors and the bride’s beautiful necklace!

  2. I have to agree–that necklace is really gorgeous! I love pearls, but I like how it’s not just a simple pearl necklace. And that veil! Sigh. You know I’ve always been very pro-veil and this just confirms that!

  3. always love a Modern Trousseau gown!
