I’ll admit that I had a hard time naming this wedding inspiration board. I floated between urban grunge and grungy prepster (not intended as an insult!). I landed on urban grunge because if you asked me to envision a city wedding with a hip, young, independent kind of couple, this is what I would come up with. A little bit of chic (because it is a wedding after all) mixed with modern graphic elements, a splash of industrial, and a dash of personality.
One aspect to love about this inspiration board aside from the great pops of orange is the repetitive steel element. You can see it on the ampersand sign above the escort cards, the vodka bottle top, the floral container, and again reflected in the grey on the diamond Mrs. drink coaster. It definitely adds to that modern city vibe!
