Burnett’s Boards regulars Breanna and Anna of Denver’s a & bé bridal shop recently threw a fabulous little party amongst their gorgeous gowns and the purpose for it was a brilliant one: gift ideas for your groom and groomsmen! I’ve always found shopping for the men in my life extremely difficult but the ladies at a & bé made it a little bit easier in the most stylish way possible.
From Breanna of a & bé – “On a beautiful Thursday evening in June we opened our shop to local Denver artisans for an event where our brides could find gifts for their grooms and bridal party.
We’ve always prided ourselves on carrying eclectic, American-made, indie wedding dresses so for our event we brought in everything from ties and leather goods to custom koozies and clutches! Brides and grooms had an array of local goods to choose from. Oh – and there was free craft beer tastings too!”
“We were ecstatic about hosing this event and are so thankful to everyone who participated, including Ali and Garrett Photography for capturing the event as well as all the designers with their beautiful products and River North Brewery for the beer.
The local vendors who showcased their goods included:
Winter Session – a Denver leather goods company whose collection featured all sorts of wallets, travel accessories, and copper flasks.
Primary Ties – which is headed by Shawn Reagan who takes great pride in sourcing amazing fabrics for his handmade ties. He gracefully combines vintage inspired fabrics with a clean, modern look.
Rook Designs – who is based in Denver but also has an amazing Etsy shop and creates custom invitations and bespoke wedding koozies.
Ash & Ore – a Boulder based leather artisan who brought her handbag designs and adorable clutches which were perfect for any gal in your bridal party.
Arcatus Jewelry – who displayed an array of custom jewelry options including one of the coolest collections of men’s wedding bands. Guests especially loved Arcatus’ customizable topography bands, where brides and grooms are able to pick a special location, like the spot where the proposal happened, and Kate (the owner & designer) creates a custom band that displays the topography map beautifully!”
