Branded shoots are an integral part to any business that trades in visuals! I’ve soapboxed about the importance of branded shoots many times here on Burnett’s Boards: you need branded imagery to tie together the look of your website, social channels, and print materials. Today wedding planner Maggie’s Miscellaneous shares her branded shoot, photographed by Annamarie Akins Photography, to give you some inspiration for your own!
From Maggie’s Miscellaneous – “I am a wedding planner & designer and when I started my business a little over a year ago, I knew I wanted it to accomplish three things: spread love, give back, and showcase fun designs. After branding Maggie’s Misc Events over the last year I wanted to create a branded shoot that visually showcased the Maggie’s Misc ‘mood.’
Part of the mission of Maggie’s Misc is to be a business that helps couples remember that weddings are about the marriage and to be a business that gives back. Furthermore, design is a huge passion of mine, and being someone who is a vintage aficionado and lover of color, I selected colors and branding messages that were complimentary to that style.
As a friend described to me last week, she believes the Maggie’s Misc brand represents soft, gracious, and loving tones that helps us develop a personal connection with our clients, so the goal was to represent that warmth and friendliness in the shoot!”
