This timeless and elegant styled photoshoot features extravagant draping, classic details, and colors of cream, white, gold, and taupe, along with gorgeous after-dark lighting and a “dancing on a cloud” effect to die for the bride and groom’s first dance!
From Erin Lindsey Images – “The flawless head table design under a taupe & golden-draped canopy using a palette of creamy-latte linens featured simple, yet elegant single bud vases filled with cream roses that were heavily clustered with long-stemmed candleholders. The table also featured Chiavari chairs with yards and yards of fabric laced through the bride & groom chairs. Custom gobo projections and Edison pendant lighting completed the head table design.
The guest tables were adorned with exquisite strands of crystals, candelabras, and an assortment of cylinder vases with floating candles. All were elegantly mounted atop a glass platform and stunning foundation of trumpet vases. The elegant fabric ceiling drapes composed of dark gold, crushed taffeta drapes blanketed beautifully over the bistro tables. The final touch of elegance was enclosing this extravagantly designed space with flowy, white sheers that were brought to life with an array of stunning uplighting as the look transformed after dark.”
From Erin Lindsey Images – “An elaborate floral arrangement composed of luxurious greens and creamy florals rested on a gold, ornate stand and created a luxurious umbrella effect over the banquet tables. For dinner, an array of server-passed appetizers on gleaming silver trays as guests arrived. These included pan-fried Crab Cakes with Remoulade sauce and Seared Scallops topped with crisped Prosciutto and Lemon Dill Butter served in scallop shells. Guests were also treated to an elegant dinner buffet complete with chimichurri grilled Lamb Lollipops with a colorful grilled vegetable and antipasto display, an assortment of fresh Sushi, and Peach and Pecan Salads in Martini glasses.
A classic invitation printing method of embossing, paired with modern typography, was used for the invitation suite. The individual pieces were mounted on shimmery champagne cover, for a touch of glamour. It was paired with a matching champagne envelope and addressing. The signage, menu, and food cards were paired to complete the wedding branding process so that guests could recognize the same elements from the invitation all throughout the wedding. A hand-lettered bar sign was a fun addition to add some modern elegance to the space.”
From Erin Lindsey Images – “The wedding cake was a 3 tier almond cake with Almond/Vanilla Buttercream Icing. Simple, petite florals and scroll work replicated the patterns found on the gold plateau supporting the cake. An extensive collection of vintage china featured for both the dinner and cake plates complemented the gold/neutral color palette.
The bride wore a beautiful mermaid gown accented in rouched netting, featuring a sweetheart neckline, and accented with a beaded crystal and rhinestone belt. The Bridesmaid attire was a sophisticated nude crepe chiffon with a rouched bodice and flowing floor length skirt. The sheer neckline and back were embellished in matching embroidery. The Groom and Best Man were wearing black tuxedos by Michael Kors.”
