From the Bride – “My inspiration came from florist Pina’s designs and elegant Mexican style. I wanted to do something that would enhance the existing beauty of Hacienda. I wanted a lot of color but nothing matchy-matchy. Throughout the planning process, a lot of people asked about my “colors” and “theme” and I would honestly tell them I didn’t have either. I wanted a very classy Mexican wedding that was as colorful and complimentary to the Cabo surroundings as possible.

Chris and I have been together 10 years and we are lucky to share a lot of the same friends so we wanted to make everything as personal as possible to show our appreciation for their love. The most important part about the wedding for us (from the beginning) was having our pastor (Jeremiah Morris from First Presbyterian Church of Houston) there. It was also really important to us to have a great band that would have everyone dancing and celebrating – they lived up to that expectation!

My mom and I left a lot up to our wedding planner, Yarai Peregrino, who exceeded our expectations. She chose the majority of our vendors and could not have done a better job matching them with our personalities. We were thrilled with the way it all turned out. It was the best day of our lives!”
