From Chelsey Boatwright Photography – “Our inspiration began with the venue. Social House (in Lake Worth, Florida) was built with the intention of bringing creatives together in a modern environment for co-working, social events, and weddings. Many of the vendors featured in our shoot work out of Social House, while a few vendors are the creatives we have loved working with over the years!”
“Given that Social House was designed with a modern aesthetic we wanted to design a shoot that complimented and showcased a simple yet romantic wedding that incorporated vintage and organic details.
Our intention with this shoot was to show brides how small intimate weddings can be incredibly personalized and romantic while remaining simple and modern!”
“Julia Rhode created a cascading vine wall illuminated by pillar candles varying in height. This organic installation provided the perfect backdrop for the two-piece modern minimal Wildeflower Boutique dress worn by the bride and finished with a custom-made geometric necklace by local designer Alexandra Gioia.
A spritz bar cart designed by Port + Palm Co. offers a new way for guests to enjoy a light and refreshing cocktail before a ceremony. The reception tablescape was a collaborative effort and pulled modern, vintage, and romantic details. A trailing oregano vine from the Social House herb garden perfectly accented the table’s organic design.”
“The stationery suite and place cards were graphic, yet romantic, featuring calligraphy and hand lettering by Carla Hagan Designs. We wanted to use black in the overall design to show brides and grooms that a romantic wedding can incorporate striking black and natural colorful moments as well. We pulled black in with napkins, place cards, flowers, and stationery!”
