Combining soft and hard, today’s industrial ballet wedding inspiration shoot is a vision of beauty. With details carefully thought out by Partner Weddings & Events and beautifully captured by Kim Ing Photography, this shoot showcases movement, grace, and wedding-worthy design!
From Alicia of Partner Weddings & Events – “When I had first thought about doing this shoot, the biggest takeaway I wanted from it was the movement of the dress: the feeling a bride gets when she is dancing on the floor and her dress twirls all around her! Every girl loves that feeling of twirling around in their dress on their wedding day with their significant other.
As for the industrial element of the shoot I really wanted the contrast of the dark brick walls, with beams of light coming through the windows to play off the feminine elements of the couch, the pink ballet slippers, and the softness of the cake and flowers. I also used the veil I wore at my own wedding (which has pieces of my grandmothers old wedding dress) to make this shoot all the more personal to me. This was my first ever styled shoot, and I don’t think it could have gone any better!”
