bachelorette emily maynard’s wedding

Emily and Jeff

If you follow Burnett’s Boards on Facebook you probably already know that I am obsessed with the show The Bachelorette, and doubly obsessed with this past season because the sassy southern Emily Maynard came back for a shot at love. I just love that super cool do-gooder Jef Holm won her heart –  so excited for these two! When I read an article on Life & Style  that revealed some clues as to what Emily’s idea of a dream wedding might be, I couldn’t resist making inspiration boards for my favorite couple.

So here is what I had to work from: The wedding will most likely be in the spring, confirms Emily, who adds that the affair will take place in Charleston, S.C. “I’ve already been looking at places,” she says. As for the dress, “I’d say very feminine, vintage and with lots of antique jewelry!”

Additionally, a former bachelor contestant used the words ‘southern princess’ when speaking of the sweet bride-to-be.

Here are three wedding inspiration boards, just for Emily, and be sure to vote for your favorite at the end!

Which wedding style do you think Emily and Jef should go for?

1. Southern Princess

We know that Emily has been referred to as a ‘southern princess’ so what better than a big white dress, pink flowers, and a beautiful Charleston home? And little Ricki would look absolutely darling in a floral crown and princess gown of her own!

2. Sweet and Rustic

They both know how to shoot a gun, Jef’s family owns a ranch, and Emily rocks the cowboy boot look so I love the idea of a sweet, rustic wedding with shabby chic details.

3. South Carolina Vintage

Couldn’t you totally see Emily and Jef’s wedding rocking a South Carolina vintage look? After all, she did mention that her wedding dress would have a vintage vibe and she loves antique jewelry!
