Ever notice a detail in a wedding and think ‘omg! I want to do that!’ and then you set it aside because you’ve never done anything like that before and it just doesn’t compute? Well, I’m here to urge you to look a little closer at the details you’re crushing on – there is always a way to do something!
For example (and this is a pretty easy one, I know, but this is about as DIY as I’m ever going to get so enjoy it), one of the best pictures in this pastel inspiration board is of the hanging vintage watering cans with flowers in them. You think ‘I haven’t seen a watering can like that since I last visited my grandmother.’ I say – ‘no! google it! You’ll be surprised!’ So a quick search on google will pull up a whole array of vintage watering cans, all of which are entirely too expensive to buy in bulk, so search for the next best thing…vintage looking watering cans. Lo and behold, there they are, available from Factory Direct Craft for just 2.39 each if you buy 12, which you will need to pull off that look. Add some flowers, string them up, and *bam* – gorgeous hanging displays at your wedding.
Do you love the happy pastels in this inspiration board? Then you’ll swoon over: sorbet and citrus sorbet.

Awww I’m such a sucker for pastels. Nice board–yet again! 😉
Thanks Cristina! xx
I love this board. It has instantly brightened my day and made me want to redo my entire house in those colors at the same time! And love the tip about the watering can look.
LOL – these boards tend to do that. I want to redo my house in coral and sea foam!
