pantone color of the year: nectarine

Every year when Pantone comes out with it’s spring color reports it’s always a shot in the dark as to which one they are going to pick to be the color of the year. This year though one of my favorites is definitely nectarine. I’ve got my fingers crossed and I’m rooting for nectarine! It’s fresh, it’s fun, and it’s perfect for a spring or summer wedding. One of my favorite details in this Pantone nectarine inspiration board is definitely the little rose earrings from Waterwaif. They’re so adorable! And they would make perfect bridesmaids gifts. Better yet, Waterwaif is offering readers of Burnett’s Boards a 10% discount on all purchases! Isn’t that sweet? Just type the code BURNETT10 when you checkout!

And that’s not all – over at 3D Memoirs today there is a stunning post dedicated to another Pantone Spring 2013 color of the year – Monaco Blue.

Want to see the other Pantone colors? Check out this post – it’s got them all! What is your prediction for Pantone’s 2013 color of the year? Let us know in the comments below.

  1. I, too, hope this gets Color of the Year! I need to get with it and do a Pantone board at some point. 🙂

  2. Definitely a sweet color! Love the inspiration!
