12 days of christmas: 11 pipers pipping

Scottish wedding inspiration If you’re of Scottish decent a Scottish themed wedding is a lovely idea. Even better if you either live in Scotland or decide to have a destination wedding there (< yes! Not all destination weddings have to be on tropical beaches). Incorporate your family’s tartan pattern into your bridal gown (as a sash if you don’t want to go all the way like the dress in this wedding inspiration board), on the groom and groomsmen’s attire, and don’t forget to use thistles in your bridal bouquet. Fun fact: I married a man who is descended from Scotland and we have our own tartan!

  1. Really enjoying this series. Love this Scottish theme x

  2. Every single element in this board is perfect, especially the dress! It definitely evokes the feel of the cloud-shrouded Highlands. I also love that you guys have your own tartan! No fair!
