For a dramatically indulgent wedding go with a baroque theme. Baroque is a period of artistic style that developed in Europe during the early 1600s that had a flair for the dramatic. Think gold leaf, rich oil paintings of fruits and flowers, decadent homes, velvet drapery, and of course floral arrangements with giant sprays of gladiolus, ivy, and roses. For your baroque inspired wedding look towards the darker spectrum of colors for a base: black, crimsons, and grays and then add rich gold accents whenever and wherever you can.
Some of my favorite ‘baroque-ish’ floral creations to help inspire your decadent wedding:

Pretty! I’d love to see a wedding with a baroque theme!
Very pretty!
Love the thought of a decadent baroque wedding ~ especially love the dark floral arrangements.
Me too! It’s like… mysteriously romantic 😉
If it’s not baroque, don’t fix it! 😉
