Gems seem to be all the rage right now in the wedding world and I’m loving it! Plus, I can’t get over how much I’ve fallen in love with rough stone rings lately. Did you catch the gorgeous lavender colored one from last week? Amazing. For a beautiful and romantic geology themed wedding, combine the soft pink colors in this wedding inspiration board with purple, aqua, and teal for a color palette reminiscent of your favorite precious stones.

Amethyst is my birth stone. But I think it’s hard to find items with the stone that don’t look cheesy. The amethyst earrings above are a definite exception…gorgeous!
