shabby chic crochet

This shabby chic blush wedding inspiration board has such a fabulous slightly rustic, slightly vintage vibe. I’m loving it! And the crochet details? Perfect, romantic, and they will lend an heirloom quality to the day when used at your wedding.

Blush shabby chic wedding inspiration with crochet ideas

When Shannon, the amazingly creative lady behind The Botanical Box, sent an inquiry about becoming a BB Vendor I immediately fell in love with what she does. She creates custom centerpieces, boutonnières,  and bridal bouquets out of artificial materials – and they all come out looking gorgeous!

The first thing that popped into my mind when I saw her work was – “this would make a super sweet anniversary gift.” Send a picture of your bouquet and she’ll recreate a version of it that you can keep forever. Do your parents have a big anniversary coming up soon? Send your mom a gorgeous copy of her bridal bouquet!

Needless to say – I adore what Shannon does so we brainstormed a bit to come up with the idea for this post. I sent her the picture of the bouquet in this inspiration and she recreated it:

Isn’t her work lovely? It’s a perfect match!

  7. Oh, wow, that bouquet replica is really cool! I’m also totally obsessed with heirloom crochet doilies. I used them at my own wedding for the dessert bar. I also had this sweet lady make bowls out of crocheted doilies using some kind of craft stiffener, but then I forgot them at home. So sad!
