grey skies and lavender

I am one of those people who finds cloudy, grey skies romantic and beautiful. Today’s lavender and grey wedding inspiration board is based on that.

grey and lavender wedding

If you live in a place that has a lot of overcast days (looking at you Seattle & Portland!) and you’re considering having your wedding outside, it is a good idea to pick a color that goes well with grey. Lavender is one of my favorite colors to pair with gray because it bring a softness and femininity that grey needs for a wedding. Blush and cherry blossom pink are two other great pairings with grey and there is a hint of these colors in this inspiration board.
