sweet and classic wedding with DIY details

This week’s vendor spotlight comes from the lovely Mandy Henry Photography! I’ve been a long-time fan of Mandy’s work and the way she captured Abbey & Daniel’s sweet, classic wedding is perfection.

Mandy wrote quite possibly the sweetest tribute I’ve ever read to Abbey & Daniel on her blog  –

“I’ve known Abbey since she was in high school. One of my earliest memories of her is her playing an elf in one of our Church’s Christmas musicals. Although she was already in high school, she somehow made the cutest elf. At some point in time she grew into a gorgeous and amazingly sweet bride.

I cannot say enough about how blessed I was to spend the day with her, Daniel, their sweet friends, and awesome families. I’m not embarrassed to admit that I shed a few tears at various times throughout the day. It was just one of those weddings.

Sometimes, in the midst of the craziness of the day and of me working my tail off to do a great job, I find these moments. Moments where my heart gets ministered to. Moments where I realize that I am just so blessed to know the people I know, be able to work hard for them, and in the end receive so much more than just a paycheck.”

I am getting married this fall and turquoise is a key color in my wedding. Having the hardest time finding turquoise shoes in flats so I will not be taller than my groom… I love the shoes you wore and read you got them from also. I went to their website and was unable to find them… I was hoping you could post the shoe style name or model # to help try to find them if they are not discontinued. Please HELP!! In in love and I can not find them.
