For those of you who follow me on Pinterest you know that my love of pools and beaches runs deep. When choosing a resort hotel for vacations, honeymoons, or destination weddings, the pool and ocean are the two things I look for first.
Secrets Resorts & Spas have some of the swankiest ocean front pools around, and these hotels can be found all across the seaboard in Mexico – they’re absolutely gorgeous and completely perfect for some fun in the sun. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite pools from these properties – it’s honeymoon inspiration at its best!
CANCUN
Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun
Definitely one of my favorite pools of this bunch, this super luxurious hotel is set right up against of the world’s most gorgeous white sand beaches, Maroma Beach, and it’s really secluded as well. Some of the ground floor suites have direct pool access right outside your door from a private terrace and palatial sized honeymoon suites are available as well (a definite must!).
Secrets Silversands Riviera Cancun
For younger souls, Secrets Silversands Riviera Cancun is for you. It’s sleek, well designed, and has some of the largest suites in the entire Riviera Maya. This romantic resort really comes alive at night!
Not only does Secrets The Vine Cancun have an epic location and an epic infinity pool to cool off it, but it also boasts its own winery. Sommelier-led wine tastings are available and the resort’s wine wall boasts over 3000 varieties of wine. Seriously, sign me up!
LOS CABOS
Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort
Newly opened Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort boasts access to 3 miles of pristine beach and the entire first floor consists of suits with swim-out access. It’s the next best thing to having your own pool in your hotel room!
Of the entire bunch here, Secrets Marquis Los Cabos is mostly likely where I would choose to honeymoon. Why? It has Casitas with their own pools and spectacular views of the Sea of Cortes!
So which one is your favorite? It’s a really hard choice!
These look amazing! I’ve never been to Cancun so I’d love to check that out…
One is more stunning than the last!
