Eggplant, plum, or aubergine, whichever you prefer to call it, makes a gorgeous palette for a wedding when combined with mint and gold details. It’s a rich and elegant look and perfectly suited for an outdoor, autumn wedding, just like today’s editorial shoot from Sweetly Vintage Photography!
From Sweetly Vintage Photography – “Set atop a mountain in East Tennessee, one can hardly imagine a better place than Chateau Selah for a romantic wedding! Its picturesque view and privacy immediately invite your guests to stunning stone chateau.
The rich darkness of a humble little plum inspired this inviting color scheme of aubergine and mint. There is no end to the rustic charm and decadence of rich tones mixed with soft floral creations like a floral bustle by Rainbow’s End Floral Shop designer Laura Michels. A mixture of textures using fabrics, vintage chairs, and gilded candlesticks from Something Borrowed Vintage Rentals set the tone for our color scheme with the help of our delicious coconut cake from Cakes in a Cup.”
