From Anastasia Barey – “After Anastasia and Vladimir were married we offered to continue their beautiful love story with a spring wedding inspiration shoot. We chose a picturesque area with classic European-style landscapes outside of St. Petersburg near the Gulf of Finland. We wanted to accent the tenderness of an oncoming spring with foliage and blooming trees while adding more expressive details like bright spring flowers and pink peonies. Our cake and paper goods were styled more closely with nature in greens and browns.”
From Anastasia Barey – “We wanted nature to be our backdrop – textural mosses and the natural bark of oak trees. The simple details of nature are so beautiful and our loving couple couldn’t have looked more beautiful with a setting like that.
Anastasia’s wedding dress was made entirely of silk and was very delicate. She created a sketch of it by herself and had it made in addition to the look for Vladimir, who paired his outfit with a retro jacket from the Czech Republic. Later Anastasia teased that it was twice as hard to create a look for the groom! Overall it was a wonderful shoot as our couple showed so much happiness with the simple things – in nature and in being together.”
