These views are breathtaking and so are this beautiful couple. What a place to have an engagement shoot!
From Ian: “This engagement shoot was aimed to be romantic, simple and natural, with a beautiful green and blue mountain landscape as backdrop. We did the shoot in Golden Gate National Park, in South Africa, right after a quick summer rainstorm, leaving us with a fresh breeze and crisp colours. I let the couples’ love speak for itself in the incredible surroundings. The bride-to-be wore a beautiful flowy dress made by Silver Swallow, while Susan Brand contributed with soft watercolour painted stationery.”
Michelle the bride explains: “We met during our studies seven years ago at the North West University Potchefstroom Campus. We were both first years, I was studying Law and Estiane was studying Information Technology. Mutual friends introduced us to each other. It took Estiane four attempts to get me to go on our first date, I was convinced he was just another heartbreaker and to my surprise he was the love of my life.”
From Michelle: “Estiane unexpectedly flew me to the Cape for a weekend getaway. He then proposed at my favourite wine farm, Waterford Wine Estate where after we had a romantic picnic.”
We wish Michelle and Estiana all the best and look forward to seeing their wedding in White Light, Lanseria, December 2016.
