From Jessica: “This shoot was inspired by the color palette of soft blues, summery oranges, peaches and yellows, and my love for all things citrus, particularly lemons. Lemons offer that bright and simple detail I just love. The historic Dresser Mansion was the perfect backdrop for this inspiration shoot. Albert Joseph Bodker, architect of New York’s first Waldorf Astoria, was commissioned to design the Dresser home in the Italian Renaissance Style in 1919.”
From Jessica: “To pay homage to the era it was constructed in and the parties that were held here, a champagne table, complete with a champagne coupe tower. The bride changed for reception photos into a navy dress and the bridesmaids changed into simple summery white dresses and the groom into a light gray suit.”
Lemons are my favourite fruit after watermelons to style with and Jessica and her team did such a great job!!
