From Photographer Galina Gallo and Diana Akhmetianova of Flowers of Life – “We tried to convey a story with a decadent feeling and a dark vibe, revealing hidden sides of human nature: the power of love and never-ending antagonism of Good and Evil. This story is about an enchanted place and a princess bride who got separated from her beloved and caught by the Evil Queen inside the upper tower of a grey castle lost in faraway lands….”
From Flowers of Life – “A personal escape as a creative outlet from real world to fantasyland had always been a great way to pursue any hidden dreams and feed the creative hunger for artists, a certain way to express deeper feelings through enchanting storytelling by the means of photography!
Creative souls are always in search of fragile substance called inspiration for visual loveliness and revealing beauty at its utmost, chasing and uncovering emotions, which sometimes turn out to be a surprise for the authors themselves…”
“Our story is told like this: the youngest daughter of the King woke up in the upper tower while autumn leaves were making a shallow and last goodbye dance in a shivering cold. A dark and severe magic had come to these lands. The Evil Queen made a horrible spell turning beautiful countryside, forests, and flower gardens to ash.
Grey skies fell down so close to the ground that you could constantly feel hovering pressure of the heavy clouds. Mother Nature came inside the Castle to help the princess escape and meet her beloved and so the woods extended their mossy roots to rescue her from imprisonment. The princess lights candles she finds in an alcove and silent trees guide her to the winding stairs and find her a safe way down into Nature’s hands…”
When the autumn leaves are falling to the ground
When the air gets cold then I think of us
Of you and I and it almost makes me cry
So sad and kind of bitter sweet
And the memories filled with tears
And I feel my heart will break
Guess it all was my mistake
Autumn’s chilly winds were blowing through the trees
The rain fell softly on your face
Oh I remember every little thing about that day
I remember every place
Grey skies, you were laughing at the clouds
The rain fell softly on your face
The memories of our time together cannot be replaced
I never loved you more than on those happy autumn days
