David and Ann’s elopement in Norway’s Lofoten Islands is one for the books. With epic backdrops, two wedding dresses, and a darling sweetheart table, this adventurous wedding couldn’t be anymore gorgeous, especially for a couple who loves to travel so much. And that’s not it… the bride is the genius behind Your Adventure Wedding! So of course it was going to be absolutely epic!
A few fun facts about this Lofoten wedding:
- The groom made the bride’s bouquet!
- At each stop during the adventurous day Ann & David did a piece of their wedding ceremony. The first stop was vows, the second was their dance, and the third was a formal ceremony where they shared a drink from a Viking horn and exchanged tokens of their love.
- The reception décor was sweetly styled to reflect their adventurous personalities, desire for travel, and mutual love for Champagne (notice the Champagne box centerpiece).
- Both are a huge fan of waffles so of course the wedding cake is actually a waffle cake!
