emerald and leather country wedding

From Abby Anderson “This country-themed wedding inspiration shoot is all about a rich, sophisticated environment against the backdrop of a legendary North Dakota sunset. We used a neutral color scheme of deep emerald and white with elements of brown and leather to bring it all together.”

“Scattered throughout the lounge space was solid furniture pieces with thick, heavy textiles, old locker baskets filled with baseballs and a hand-knotted rug as a throw across the velvet, tufted chair. The leather chairs are named ‘Dr. David,’ gathered from our stylist’s retired grandfather’s dental office lounge.”

“Our bride wore a Gatsby-chic nude gown made of soft, flowing tulle, covered with an art-deco style beaded Chesney jacket. Inspired by a cigar lounge, our florist chose Earl Gray roses due to their perfect shade of smoke, Banksia as the centerpiece and Anemones and Santini Mums for their pop of black!

The cake was a simple but delicious banana cake covered in gold icing and decorated with fresh flowers.”
