From KMC Weddings and Events – “It was such a cold, dreary winter in Ohio we wanted to show off one of the cool areas for hiking but in a romantic way. We took a classical twist on an outdoorsy area with an ice crown for our bride and classic black suit for our groom for this elopement wedding shoot. We had a fun, marble cake, a cool blue color palette, and set it all against a beautiful waterfall at Hocking Hills State Park in Eastern Ohio.”
“We wanted to play off the ice surrounding the waterfalls and keep with whites and blues. I loved how classic the bride looked but with that awesome ice crown, it pulled the theme together a bit more especially once we took shots at the waterfall inside Hocking Hills at Old Man’s Cave.”
“We kept our flowers wild-looking and the cake, a simple, one tier elopement style. A Cake For You created a blue and white marble elopement wedding cake with sugar flowers of blue and anemones. There were pops of gold in there too to play off some of the gold in the table rentals.”
“For the tablescape we mirrored the bride’s bouquet on the table and had blue and white plates on top of glass and gold chargers. I loved the simplicity of this white table and chairs outside between a few larger, winter trees.”
